Shruti Sancheti went Sufiayana at Lakme Fashion Week 2012| Pakistani lace styled dresses

The Models at the Lakme Fashion Week 2012 transformed Sufism into a live and vibrant fashion with ace designer Shruti Sancheti dressing them up in authentic pakistani-style (so-called in laymen language) dresses with crochet and cut-work laces enhancing the flair cuts of the dresses.

Right from the Sufi Head-gear to the leather shoes, cut-works, use of extra whites with blues and marrons everything seemed to take the ramp to a different era. Each piece of her Collection related spiritually to me. I got mesmerized with those flaring tops, churidars and lovely embroidery. Without much talk lets get a look at them and decide yourself, how appealing is this new Sufi trend to you!!!!
