Aamby vally India bridal week 2011 had a grand opening this week, showcasing thier face of the event Kangana ranawat, the sexy diva in a dazzling pink- orange hue saree along with the other models rock-started the event. This event seems to out-line the young new generation of Indian brides wanting to step-aside from the old tradition of Red-Maroon-Gold Traditional colour and heavy jari work which have become the patent of Indian bride.
This all new bright collection has pastel colours like light green, turkoise blue, pastel pale pink, shocking pink, orange and black as the fresh colours of the all-new chirpy bindast bride who loves experimenting and tweeking her style.
However the pastel colours used accentuates the loveliness and symbolizes cuteness which lacked in the traditional lehenga.
Even the work detailing has evolved from heavy jardoshi and gold work to delicate silver detailing with colourfull stones making it all the more beautiful and colourful…
I am in love with this peppy new avtar of Indian bride 2011.. How about you?
Pink and orange colours have set-up a trend this season.. This colour combo is also been vigourously used as colour blocking… a fresh new look for the season..
Kangana dazzles in victorian style necklace with no much fuss or extravagance, she carries it graciously.
Others chose to go completely bare in terms of jwellery.. this no-jwellery, minimal make-up look accentuated the designer sarees all the more.. making the models look all the more fresh without the cake of make-up on thier faces…:)
